ACC’s Philosophy on Psychological Testing
Psychological testing should be seen as merely an aid that provides additional perspectives to a process or situation. These instruments are not designed to pass judgments, nor should they be used unless the participants are fully involved in the entire process, especially on how the results are being interpreted and used.
Uses
ACC is registered to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the 16 Personality Factors (16PF) instruments.
Psychological Testing is an effective intervention tool for the following purposes:
